There are three sections in the Continental 3REN reach-in refrigerator that feature three solid doors with workflow door handles. Inside, this unit has an interior space with a capacity of 73 cubic feet where it holds nine shelves coated in epoxy, making it damage resistant in high-humidity locations. The front is made of stainless steel, while the end panels and interior are made of aluminum. Each compartment features 3-inch-thick polyurethane insulation for temperature keeping.

This Continental 3REN reach-in refrigerator cools with R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and is equipped with an expansion-valve system. The electronic controller ensures temperatures can be precisely adjusted, while the high and low alarm indicates when unsafe conditions occur. The off-cycle defrost system is effective and melts frost or ice on components and coils. The condensate evaporator controls and reduce the accumulation of moisture inside the unit.
