With a 70-cubic-foot interior capacity, the Continental 3RNHD reach-in refrigerator offers users ample space to store ingredients and other food product. The aluminum interior holds nine epoxy-coated steel shelves to permit optimal organization, and the exterior of this unit is constructed of stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. The front of the unit has six half-height solid steel doors, and to prevent tampering, each door is equipped with a cylinder lock.

To ensure precise temperature programming, the Continental 3RNHD refrigerator has electronic controls with a digital display. Using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, this unit can maintain a set temperature between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. To help maintain temperatures and improve recovery times, this unit has 3 inches of polyurethane insulation. If there is a drastic change in temperatures, a high/low alarm sounds to notify users.
