Designed to accommodate 66¹/₄-inch tall carts, the Continental D1FIN Designer roll-in freezer is great for storing large amounts of prepared food for later use. While the front is made of stainless steel, the interior and sides are constructed of aluminum; both metals are durable and corrosion resistant. A stainless steel ramp is provided and can be removed as needed.

To set the desired operating temperature, users must access the Continental D1FIN one-section freezer's electronic controller. The self-contained, top-mounted refrigeration system then works to bring the cabinet to the set temperature while utilizing environmentally safe R290 refrigerant. To reduce humidity, the hot-gas condensate evaporator reduces water, while the off-cycle defrost functions intermittently to keep vital components frost free.
