Constructed with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, the Continental D1RESNSAGD one-section reach-in refrigerator is provided with a triple-pane glass door that lets users access the interior cabinet. To streamline product loading and unloading, the door can be locked at a 90-degree position, and when the door is opened to a lesser extent, it will self-close to preserve internal temperatures. The cabinet has four heavy-duty wire shelves for product organization and LED lighting for a clear interior view.

The Continental D1RESNSAGD refrigerator utilizes R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to create ideal operating temperatures. To minimize temperature fluctuations, the cabinet is insulated with 3-inch-thick polyurethane foam and the refrigeration system includes an off-cycle defrost and automatic condensate evaporator. Staff can adjust the holding temperature using the electronic control panel, and the current temperature levels are externally displayed.
