Constructed of stainless steel, this unit is fitted with two self-closing doors, and the doors' cylinder locks promote product safety. The rack guides are removable for optimal use, while the interior lighting improves visibility.

Using a self-contained refrigeration system, the Continental D1RINSSRTE refrigerator produces cold air using electronic controls and R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. To lock in cold conditions, 3-inch polyurethane foam sits between the unit's metal paneling for insulation. The high/low alarm sounds when the holding temperature departs from its set level, and staff can use the external temperature display to monitor internal conditions.
