The Continental D1RNSAHD reach-in refrigerator's 21-cubic-foot space holds three epoxy-coated shelves and includes pilaster strips to offer support. Its exterior is made of stainless steel, and the interior is made of aluminum. It's insulated with 3-inch polyurethane foam to retain temperatures. Its two half-height doors feature Santoprene® gaskets for an airtight seal; they also self-close to minimize cold air loss. Because it's elevated on adjustable legs, it's simple to clean and sweep under.

The Continental D1RNSAHD reach-in refrigerator's self-contained refrigeration system cools products with R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. While the off-cycle defrost melts ice and frost on coils that circulate the refrigerant, the condensate evaporator reduces moisture accumulated over time. Temperatures are adjusted via the electronic controller, and the high/low alarm indicates when the unit has passed its preset range.
