Part of the Designer Line series, the Continental D1RSENSS reach-in refrigerator has a steel exterior and interior that measures 17³/₄ inches wide by 35³/₈ inches deep by 83¹/₄ inches high. This unit offers users 15 cubic feet of internal space to store food items and has three epoxy-coated steel shelves to help organize inventory. The interior is accessed through a solid steel door, which has a polished chrome door handle and a cylinder lock to protect inventory from tampering. To provide a clear view of shelf items, the interior is lit with LED lights.

The Continental D1RSENSS reach-in refrigerator has a self-contained refrigeration system that simplifies installation. This unit can be set between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit by utilizing eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. To prevent condensation buildup in the cabinet, this unit has an automatic electric condensate evaporator. This unit also has an off-cycle defrost, which works to prevent ice buildup. The compressor is located on the top of the unit to keep it away from any dirt or debris that could affect performance over time.
