From the Designer line, the Continental D2FSNSAGD reach-in freezer features a shallow 29¹/₂-inch depth. The interior spans 32 cubic feet and is made of aluminum. This space is fitted with eight epoxy-coated shelves and illuminated by LED lighting. Along with the lights, the triple-paned glass doors provide a clear view of the products inside; these doors self-close and can be locked as needed. The exterior is constructed of stainless steel.

The Continental D2FSNSAGD two-section freezer operates using a self-contained refrigeration system that's mounted atop the cabinet. The system uses R290 refrigeranta'¬a€an environmentally safe alternative to traditional refrigerant. Operators can set the desired internal temperature from 0 to -10 degrees Fahrenheit via the electronic controller. To reduce humidity within the cabinet, the electronic condenser runs automatically, while the defrost system functions intermittently to prevent frost development on vital equipment.
