The Continental D2FSNSS two-section, reach-in unit sits on four 6-inch legs to simplify sweeping or cleaning underneath. Its exterior and interior feature a stainless steel construction to create a dent- and break-resistant design. It's insulated with 3-incthick polyurethane foam for adept temperature retention, and it's sealed closed with two doors featuring snap-in magnetic gaskets. Cylinder-style locks prevent tampering or theft.

The Continental D2FSNSS reach-in refrigerator operates as low as -10 degrees Fahrenheit, and this temperature can be adjusted via the electronic controller. It cools with the expansion valve system, which utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The electric condensate evaporator reduces moisture as the defrost system thaws ice on components and coils. The unit's high and low temperature alarm indicate when the unit has deviated from preset conditions.
