This space has six epoxy-coated steel shelves that can be adjusted among the heavy-duty pilaster strips. The unit is built of aluminum and outfitted with a stainless steel front. Four half-height, solid doors adorn the front, and these doors self-close and can be locked. To enable air to circulate beneath and behind the cabinet, it stands on four adjustable stainless steel legs.

Positioned away from floor debris, the Continental D2RENHD extra-wide refrigerator's refrigeration system is mounted atop the unit and self-contained for ease of maintenance and to conserve space. This system uses R290 refrigeranta'¬a€an efficient and environmentally safe alternative to traditional refrigerants. Staff must access the electronic controller to set the desired operating temperature, and if the unit experiences drastic shifts in temperature, an alarm sounds until addressed.
