The Continental D2RENSSGD two-section reach-in refrigerator has 52 cubic feet of interior space and eight steel shelves across its two sections. For versatile storage options, each shelf can be adjusted into different positions on the heavy-duty pilaster strips. While the cabinet features a stainless steel construction, the two full-length doors are made of tempered glass for an interior view. Both doors come with a chrome-plated handle, magnetic gasket, and cylinder lock. The unit is mounted on four 6-inch legs, which are adjustable for stability.

The Continental D2RENSSGD refrigerator's self-contained, top-mounted refrigeration system is located away from the floor to prevent the intake of dust and dirt; it contains an off-cycle defrost and hot gas condensate evaporator. The unit uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and has digital controls to manage temperature levels. Staff can monitor these levels with the display. If the holding temperature drops below or rises above its setting, an alarm sounds.
