The pass-thru configuration of the Continental D3RENSAPT three-section refrigerator makes it ideal for placement in the center of a kitchen, providing both kitchen and wait staff access to the interior. A good choice for catering or to-go service areas, this unit can store prepared food items until they are needed. This unit has an extra-wide configuration and offers 75 cubic feet of internal space. The interior is equipped with nine epoxy-coated steel shelves, which can be adjusted as needed using the pilaster strips. These shelves are grated to evenly distribute cool air throughout the cabinet.

To streamline item retrieval and delivery, the Continental D3RENSAPT reach-in refrigerator shelves are illuminated with LED interior lights. The interior is made of aluminum and can be accessed from both sides of the unit through the six hinged, solid steel doors. To protect interior items from theft, each door is equipped with a cylinder lock. These doors have Santoprene® snap-in door gaskets, which provide a tight seal to lock in cool conditions. During busy shifts, this unit can maintain the programmed temperature with the self-closing door design.
