Designed for minimal environmental impact, the Continental D3RN reach-in refrigerator utilizes eco-friendly and energy-efficient R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain a temperature holding range between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit's refrigeration system is self-contained to simplify the installation process, and its compressor is top mounted to keep integral mechanisms away from dirt and debris on the ground. To prevent ice or moisture from accumulating, this unit has an off-cycle defrost and an automatic, hot gas condensate evaporator

The Continental D3RN three-section refrigerator has an aluminum interior that offers 72 cubic feet of interior space for storing inventory. To withstand the wear and tear of commercial kitchen areas, the front of this unit is made of stainless steel, while the end panels are constructed of aluminum. The cabinet is accessed through three solid steel doors that are equipped with polished chrome handles and cylinder locks to provide security. Inside the cabinet, operators can store items on nine epoxy-coated steel shelves, which can be adjusted as needed using the heavy-duty pilaster strips. To ensure the set temperature is maintained, this unit is equipped with Santoprene® magnetic snap-in door gaskets to provide a tight seal.
