It features a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior to provide durable construction, and the panels are foamed in with 3 inches of polyurethane for temperature consistency. It's elevated on 6-inch legs that remain level and provide a simple-to-clean space.

The Continental D3RNSAPTHD three-section, reach-in refrigerator's top-mounted refrigeration system cools with R-290 refrigerant. It features electronic controls and an adjustable temperature range from 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. When temperatures reach an unsafe range, the high and low alerts notify employees. The integrated automatic defrost system and condensate evaporator work to prevent frost and reduce moisture accumulation.
