Designed for accessibility from either side, the Continental D3RNSSPT pass-thru refrigerator is a great solution for commercial locations looking to bring common ingredient storage closer to preparation stations. This large three-section unit is built of stainless steel and features a 72-cubic-foot interior. This space is fitted with nine adjustable, epoxy-coated steel wire shelves and is enclosed by the three full-height doors; these doors self-close to protect stored products and can be locked to prevent theft.

Staff can set the desired holding temperature via the Continental D3RNSSPT three-section refrigerator electronic controller with digital display. The self-contained refrigeration system works to achieve the set temperature, forcing air throughout the cabinet's ducting network. The off-cycle defrost works intermittently to prevent ice development, while the automatic hot-gas evaporator reduces humidity. For safe and efficient operation, the refrigeration system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
