Using precise, solid-state digital controls, operators can adjust the temperature of the Hoshizaki EF1A-FS one-section freezer between -5 and 5 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a single section with three adjustable shelves coated with durable, corrosion-resistant epoxy. To secure contents and prevent unauthorized access, its self-closing door is equipped with a lock. This unit is positioned on four casters, enabling users to transport it between locations as needed.

The Hoshizaki EF1A-FS reach-in freezer cools using R290 refrigerant, an environmentally friendly hydrocarbon. Its front is constructed of strong, scratch-resistant stainless steel, and its sides, top, and rear are constructed of gray painted steel. To improve visibility and defend against corrosion, the interior is made of aluminum and brightened with LED lighting.
