The Hoshizaki F1A-FS reach-in freezer has a solid state digital controller that includes alarms for temperature and an LED display that can be switched between Fahrenheit and Celsius. For corrosion and rust resistance, the cabinet is constructed mainly of stainless steel, so it will avoid the scratches and dents that come with frequent use. For optimum cold retention, it is foamed with two inches of CFC-free polyurethane insulation.

The Hoshizaki F1A-FS commercial one-section freezer uses a ducted air distribution system to circulate cabinet air and decrease the number of potential hot spots. Its three adjustable shelves and 23 cubic feet of storage space give kitchen staff space to store a variety of products. Saving money on energy, LED lighting illuminates the cabinet.
