The Hoshizaki RT2A-FS-FS two-section roll-thru refrigerator operates with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and has a solid-state digital thermostat that enables temperature adjustment. Because this unit can maintain temperatures from 31 to 52 degrees Fahrenheit, it's suitable for holding all types of products, from raw ingredients to beer and wine. Its condenser is self-contained for a streamlined footprint, and the refrigeration system is top mounted to prevent cleaning products and other debris from being sucked up as it operates.
