True STA1RPT-2HS-1G-HC 27 1/2" One Section Pass Thru Refrigerator, (1) Glass Door, (2) Solid Doors, Right Hinge, 115v
The True STA1RPT-2HS-1G-HC Spec Series® pass-thru refrigerator has two half doors on the front and a glass rear door to speed up the flow of service in a restaurant. All three doors close by themselves but stay open past 120 degrees for loading and unloading. Their magnetic gaskets are constructed of a single piece and can be removed without additional tools. Product is protected from theft with a bolt-style lock, and the contents are lit by LED lighting for full visibility.
Several different features help the True STA1RPT-2HS-1G-HC pass-thru refrigerator keep its contents at cold temperatures. Condenser fans and an evaporator push a consistent amount of air to ensure that items are evenly cooled, while chrome-plated wire shelves promote airflow throughout the cabinet. To lock in heat, polyurethane insulation is foamed in place in the cabinet walls. Magnetic door gaskets help eliminate cracks where heat can creep in around the door frames, and the rear glass door is thermal insulated.
The refrigeration system is mounted on top of the refrigerator to keep it from sucking in debris and dirt from the floor like bottom-mounted units, but this position forces the unit to work in a warmer environment. All the cooling components sit together in one place, which facilitates maintenance. A capillary tube system controls the flow of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, keeping temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
Each time the compressor cycles on, its fan motor reverses direction for 20 seconds, reducing the buildup of dust and debris on the condensing coil. Keeping the condensing coil clean ensures the unit operates using improved product temperatures and an increased lifespan. Although efficient, this mechanism doesn't replace the need for regular maintenance.

Founded in 1948 by World War II veteran Bob Trulaske, True refrigeration got its start creating bottle coolers out of downtown St. Louis warehouse, but the brand has grown into one of the largest players in the global commercial refrigeration market. Known for reliable and sanitary commercial refrigerators, the family-owned business primarily creates refrigerators out of its O'Fallon, Mo., headquarters.
