The True STA1RRI-1G-HC Spec Series® roll-in refrigerator keeps its contents between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit with its capillary tube refrigeration system. Environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant runs through the tubes, ensuring the cabinet stays cool. In order to move large amounts of air at once, the evaporator fan self-lubricates and uses large fan blades. This design enables the refrigerator to reach cold temperatures quickly. A digital display on the exterior shows the internal temperature.

A heavy-duty ramp enables the True STA1RRI-1G-HC roll-in refrigerator to house rolling racks or carts measuring a maximum of 27 inches wide by 29 inches deep by 66 inches tall. Bumpers prevent any internal damage to refrigerator walls, and the cabinet's aluminum and stainless steel construction provides scrape and scuff resistance. Stored goods can be seen through the glass window on the door. For visibility, lights illuminate the interior, and a bolt lock secures the cabinet for security. To prevent damage to carts or racks as they are wheeled in and out, the door stays open past 120 degrees. Polyurethane insulation, magnetic door gaskets, and a thermal-insulated glass window all support cold-air retention.
