The True STG1R-1G-HC SPEC SERIES® reach-in refrigerator has a one-section design constructed of a stainless steel front with aluminum sides. Thermal insulated to retain heat, the stainless steel door has double-pane glass that provides visibility while the self-closing door stays open at 120 degrees. Interior aluminum side walls and back are resistant to corrosion, and the stainless steel floor and ceiling are durable. The interior is insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane. Inside, three PVC-coated wire shelves maximize storage space, and the digital temperature control lets users monitor the temperature. LED lighting illuminates the interior for product visibility, and 5-inch castors enable maneuvering.

The top-mounted refrigeration system on the True STG1R-1G-HC reach-in refrigerator is out of reach of unauthorized employees to prevent tampering, and it has a self-contained capillary system that uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to help the cabinet maintain a set temperature from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit's reverse condensing fan motor changes direction for 20 seconds each time the compressor cycles on. This helps keep the condensing coil clean by blowing away dust, dirt, and debris. To extend the unit's life and help it operate more effectively, routine maintenance should still be performed.
