The True STG2R-2S-HC two-section reach-in refrigerator has a stainless steel front and doors with aluminum exterior sides. Its interior has an aluminum rear and walls with a stainless steel ceiling and floor. Cold air stays inside the cabinet since it is insulated with polyurethane, and the doors stay open past 120 degrees so product can be put in and taken out with ease. Magnetic gaskets around the doors prevent air leaks, and LED interior lights shine on product for visibility. This unit is NSF compliant to hold open food product on six shelves.

The top-mount refrigeration system is separated from the floor, so it resists taking in dirt that could clog the condenser. It uses a capillary tube system to send R290 hydrocarbon around the cabinet to hold it at temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. The operator can monitor temperatures since they are digitally displayed, and they can be set on Celsius or Fahrenheit for convenience. The True STG2R-2S-HC two-section refrigerator has condenser and evaporator fan motors that move a consistent volume of air. Its evaporator is coated in epoxy to resist corrosion.
