The True STG2RPT-2HG/2HS-2G-HC two-section pass-thru refrigerator has front and rear doors. Reducing the amount of cold air that leaks out, the front has half doors, two of which are double-pane, thermal-insulated glass while the other two are stainless steel. Both full doors at the rear are glass and all doors have an energy-saving self-closing design, while staying open past 120 degrees for loading product. Locks on the doors limit interior access, and magnetic gaskets seal in cold air.

The refrigerator has six coated shelves that resist corrosion and enable air to flow between gaps with a wire design. Employees can see stored items since LED lights shine on them, and polyurethane insulation is foamed in place to trap cold air. Stainless steel and aluminum construct the interior and exterior, providing durability and corrosion resistance while simplifying cleanup.

On the electronic control, operators can adjust temperatures in the True STG2RPT-2HG/2HS-2G-HC two-section reach-in refrigerator. It can be set between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit and monitored on the exterior display. Moving in the unit is enabled with 5-inch castors, and the front set locks the unit in place for a stable workspace. This refrigerator has a self-contained capillary tube system that holds and controls the flow of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.

The condensing fan motor runs in reverse for 20 seconds when the compressor starts up, blowing air toward the condensing coil to remove dirt and dust buildup. This self-cleaning mechanism helps reduce user labor while increasing the unit's lifespan. However, it shouldn't replace routine preventive maintenance.
