Temperatures in the True STG3R-3G-HC Spec Series® three-section reach-in refrigerator can be set from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit; they are controlled electronically and displayed on an external screen. Mounted on top of the cabinet, the refrigeration system operates away from dust and dirt on the floor. This placement also maximizes interior storage space since the evaporator is out of the food zone. The system uses R134A refrigerant to cool the cabinet, and electronically commutated fan motors save energy and lower heat production.

Product stored in the True STG3R-3G-HC three-section reach-in refrigerator can be placed on nine shelves. These shelves have wire gaps that encourage even air circulation and a PVC coating that resists corrosion. LED cabinet lighting shines on the stored items so staff members can quickly find what they need. The unit has three full doors with double-pane, thermal-insulated glass. Self-closing to retain cold air, the doors can stay open on their own past 120 degrees. Bolt-style locks on these doors secure the stored product.
