The True STR1RRI89-1S-HC Spec Series® one-section roll-in refrigerator holds a 27-inch-wide by 29-inch-deep by 72-inch-tall rack. Rolling racks in and out is facilitated by a stainless steel ramp that is integrated into the front. Bumpers on the cabinet walls protect the interior from dents and scratches. In the cabinet, incandescent lighting shines to increase product visibility. Since both the interior and exterior are made of stainless steel, they are corrosion resistant and can endure high-volume use. The door's stay-open feature works past 120 degrees, so operators can conveniently roll the rack in and out. When opened less than 120 degrees, the door self-closes to keep cold air contained in the cabinet.

Foamed-in-place insulation creates structure in the True STR1RRI89-1S-HC one-section roll-in refrigerator and retains cold air. Its top-mounted refrigeration system ensures it does not suck dirt and dust in from the floor like a bottom-mounted unit. This placement also maximizes interior space, but the components can be difficult to access for maintenance. Temperatures in the refrigerator range from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
