For improved maintenance, the condensing fan motor blows air in an opposite direction upon turning on to eliminate buildup of dust and dirt on the coil. This 20-second mechanism can help improve coil operation and elongate its lifetime. Even with this unique mechanism, users should still implement preventative maintenance on the system. Insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane, cold air is retained in the cabinet without escaping.

The True STR2R-4HG-HC two-section refrigerator has four glass doors that provide a look at product being held inside the cabinet. These doors self-close to retain chill and stay open while the cabinet is being accessed to prevent slamming. At the end of the night, the doors can be locked for security purposes. This unit is made of stainless steel that provides resistance against rust, corrosion, dents, and scratches.
