True T-23-2-HC 27" One Section Reach In Refrigerator, (2) Right Hinge Solid Doors, 115v

The True T-23-2-HC reach-in refrigerator has a single section with two solid doors for access to the interior. Both doors are hinged on the right, so they open on the left. Magnetic gaskets prevent cold air from leaking, and the doors close by themselves to prevent cold air from escaping. The cabinet exterior is stainless steel on the front with aluminum sides for strength. Its interior has a clear coat over the aluminum construction. With a stainless steel floor and coved corners, the interior is simple to clean.

To resist corrosion, the evaporator is coated in epoxy. Maintenance is simple since the condensing unit is mounted on the bottom of the unit; this location is ideal for hot environments, but makes it susceptible to taking in debris. The unit's reverse condensing fan motor directs air in a reverse direction for 20 seconds when it's initially turned on to help eliminate dirt and dust collection on the condensing coil. Though it helps coil operation and elongates lifespan, this mechanism should not replace general maintenance practices. A consistent amount of air is distributed throughout the cabinet with the condenser and evaporator fan motors. The True T-23-2-HC reach-in refrigerator uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant through a capillary tube system to keep temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
