The True T-23F-2 reach-in freezer maintains a constant temperature of -10 degrees Fahrenheit with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Ideal for hot environments because hot air rises, the refrigeration system is bottom mounted and accessible. This placement is also ideal for hot environments since warm air rises. High-volume airflow is created by the evaporator and condenser fan motors for quick temperature recovery, while guards prevent products from obstructing airflow.

When used with routine preventative maintenance, the reversing condenser fan motor in this unit prolongs the life of the system. Every time this motor starts up, it runs in reverse for 20 seconds to blow dust and debris off the condensing coil. Keeping this component clean is integral to system function, as it promotes reliable and efficient operation. This self-cleaning also helps to maintain the coldest possible storage temperatures and reduces energy use.

The exterior and interior of the freezer are made of aluminum and stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. Polyurethane insulation creates structure and retains cold air in the cabinet, while magnetic door gaskets prevent cold air leaks. Two solid, stainless steel doors are heavy duty for constant use, and locks prevent unwanted product access. The True T-23F-2 single-section freezer has three PVC-coated wire shelves.
