True T-23PT-HC 27" One Section Pass Thru Refrigerator, (2) Right Hinge Solid Doors, 115v

The T-23PT-HC pass-thru refrigerator has a door on each side, enabling it to be used on a serving and a first-in, first-out inventory program. Solid doors are built with rugged stainless steel exterior fronts and aluminum interior liners that match the rest of the interior. Each door is mounted on a torsion-type system that closes automatically so it cannot be left open. Door gaskets provide a positive seal and are removable without tools for cleaning.

The True T-23PT-HC refrigerator is insulated with high-density polyurethane insulation that has been foamed in place to create structure. Product can be stored on three adjustable, PVC-coated shelves that resist corrosion and include support pilasters, while LED interior lights shine on product for full visibility. This unit is approved to hold open food product, and it typically holds food within a range of 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit temperature, which can be seen on the external display.

By removing debris and buildup with the reverse condensing fan motor, the condensing coil can work more efficiently for longer periods. It blows in a reverse direction for 20 seconds every time the compressor is turned on. Despite its daily functions, preventative maintenance should still be practiced over time.
