The True T-49-4-HC two-section refrigerator includes four half doors that open independently, enabling customizable storage and increased energy efficiency. To protect its aluminum construction, the interior of the cabinet is finished in a clear-coat while the stainless steel floor has coved corners for cleaning up spills and debris. Product is stored on six adjustable, PVC-coated shelves.

The True T-49-4-HC reach-in refrigerator ensures cold air is evenly distributed with condenser and evaporator fan motors, while the self-contained capillary tube system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cool temperatures. Temperatures in the cabinet can be set between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and since the refrigeration system is mounted on the bottom of the unit, it is accessible for maintenance.

To help maintain the condensing coil over time, when the compressor turns on, the condensing fan moves in a reverse direction for 20 seconds. This helps eliminate buildup of dust, debris, and dirt for efficiency and general operation. However, this mechanism should not replace general preventative maintenance practices.
