True TS-23-2-HC 27" One Section Reach In Refrigerator, (2) Right Hinge Solid Doors, 115v
The True TS-23-2-HC reach-in refrigerator has two solid half doors with 12-inch, recessed handles that are permanently foamed in place, while magnetic frames around the doors prevent cold air leaks. Its cabinet exterior is constructed of stainless steel, except the GalFan-coated steel back, and the interior is made of stainless steel for simplified cleaning. A powder-coated steel frame creates stability, while foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation creates structure and retains cold air.
Product is held on three, PVC-coated wire shelves, each of which comes with chrome-plated clips and is adjustable in 1/2-inch increments. Product is visible with interior lighting that is safety shielded, and this unit has an external temperature display for monitoring internal temperatures. The True TS-23-2-HC one-section refrigerator is NSF/ANSI Standard 7 compliant for holding open food product.
Each time the unit's compressor is turned on, its fan motor will blow in a reverse direction for 20 seconds, removing buildup of dirt and dust on the condensing coil. With a cleaner surface, the coil can operate without using as much energy, keeping products cool. Preventative maintenance is still recommended to be implemented with this technology.
