The True TS-35-HC reach-in refrigerator has a bottom-mounted refrigeration system that is accessible for cleaning and servicing and has energy-efficient fans that consume little energy and provide even cooling. Cool temperatures are maintained as R290 refrigerant flows through the capillary tube system. Temperatures can be set between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and readouts are shown on the digital display.

This unit's condensing fan motor directs air in an opposite direction when the compressor is turned on, eliminating buildup of dirt and dust on the condensing coil. This mechanism helps maintain a clean coil surface for long-term operation, and it works well with general maintenance practices.

Two solid doors have a self-closing feature to prevent cold air escape while magnetic gaskets line the door frames, creating an airtight seal. For daily use, the 12-inch recessed handles have a sheet metal interlock so they are permanently attached to the doors, and the cabinet exterior is made of stainless steel, resisting bends, dents, and rust. Its interior floor is also made of stainless steel and has coved corners to simplify cleanup. PVC-coated shelves can be removed for cleaning, and they can be adjusted in ¹/₂-inch increments for product organization. LED lights illuminate the interior, so product is visible, and this True TS-35-HC two-section refrigerator is mounted on 4-inch castors, so it can be moved as needed.
