True TS-43-HC 47" Two Section Reach In Refrigerator, (2) Left/Right Hinge Solid Doors, 115v

The True TS-43-HC two-section refrigerator has two solid doors that close by themselves to help keep cold air inside and are made of stainless steel with locks to prevent theft. Magnetic gaskets around the frames reduce the risk of cold air leaks, and the interior liner and floor are made of stainless steel to simplify cleaning. Product is stored on six PVC-coated shelves that adjust, accommodating various products. Interior LED lighting enables operators to quickly find products.

Internal temperatures are maintained by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a capillary tubes system while cold air is evenly distributed by fans and kept inside the cabinet with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. Temperatures can be set from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and readouts are displayed digitally on the exterior. So it is out of the hottest part of the kitchen, the True TS-43-HC reach-in refrigerator has a bottom-mount condensing unit, and the evaporator is epoxy coated for added protection.

The condensing coil's surface has a reduced risk of collecting dirt and dust over time since a condensing fan motor blows air in a reverse direction to blow off buildup. Each time the compressor is turned on, the fan blows for 20 seconds. Though it's an effective tool, the consistent maintenance should be incorporated on the coil to ensure it's working properly.
