The Alluserv AC10 air curtain reach-in refrigerator is designed to store and cool trays efficiently while keeping products accessible in commercial kitchens. Built with a self-contained bottom-mounted refrigeration system, this one-section unit holds (10) 18-inch by 26-inch or (20) 14-inch by 18-inch trays. Its air curtain design circulates cold air to maintain safe food temperatures when the door is open, while the flush-mounted stainless steel door is foam insulated to retain cold air. The three heavy-duty edge-mounted hinges allow a 270-degree door swing for easy loading and unloading. A perimeter bumper protects the exterior in high-traffic areas, and recessed hand grips, along with a rear-mounted tubular handle, assist with smooth maneuverability.

The Alluserv AC10 reach-in air curtain refrigerator is constructed from durable stainless steel with a high-efficiency cooling system to ensure uniform air circulation. A capillary tube system and forced-air convection cooling prevent hot pockets or uneven temperatures within the cabinet. The unit's digital control system includes a recessed master ON/OFF switch, a power indicator light, and an On Demand defrost cycle for efficient coil maintenance. Removable stainless steel slides provide secure bottom tray support and can be taken out for cleaning. Mounted on four 6-inch casters€”two of which have brakes€”the unit provides both mobility and stability in commercial foodservice operations.
