Six shelves in the Continental Refrigeration 2RENSS reach-in refrigerator are epoxy coated to resist corrosion. This durable unit has a capacity of 50 cubic feet and is made of stainless steel. Electronic controls can be used to change the temperature, and to monitor the temp for accuracy, a digital display provides a constant readout. If the temperature changes more than usual, an alarm will warn users to save their product before it spoils or freezes. When condensation builds up, an electronic evaporator removes it automatically, reducing the amount of maintenance needed.

The Continental Refrigeration 2RENSS two-section refrigerator has two doors that self-close to reduce energy use and retain cold air inside the cabinet. These doors are sealed shut with magnetic gaskets and have locks for securing products overnight. Insulation also prevents cold air loss€”it contains 3 inches of non-CFC polyurethane foam. To cool the cabinet, the self-contained system uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is safe for the environment.
