It can be placed between preparation stations for quick access to commonly used items. The interior spans 52 cubic feet and includes six steel shelves with epoxy-coatings for easy cleaning. They can be adjusted among the pilaster strips to accommodate various product sizes.

For durability and corrosion resistance, the Continental 2RENSSPTHD pass-thru refrigerator is made of stainless steel and insulated with 3 inches of polyurethane foam. The electronic controller is used to set temperatures; if drastic temperature changes occur, an alarm will sound. The unit's refrigeration system is self-contained and mounted on top.
