Engineered for daily protection in foodservice environments, the Mercer Culinary M334111X MercerGuard™ cut-resistant glove provides ANSI Level A4 cut protection to help reduce injury risk during knife handling and prep work. Made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene reinforced knit, this 13-gauge glove offers cut and abrasion resistance. Its antimicrobial treatment promotes sanitation, and the glove is washable and bleach safe for repeated use. The white glove includes a black color-coded cuff for size identification and can be worn on either hand.
