The Thunder Group ALSKSS104 saucepan cover fits most 4¹/₂-quart-capacity sauce pans to contain heat and moisture for optimal cooking of soups and stews. This 10-inch-diameter by ³/₈-inch-thick cover is supplied with a 1-inch-high handle for easy removal. It's constructed of 1-millimeter-thick aluminum to evenly conduct heat while withstanding frequent use. Because it's not dishmachine safe, it can simply be cleaned with warm water and soap.
