The Alto-Shaam CS-200/S hot carving shelf accommodates 70 pounds of turkey, ham, or steak, and to reduce the risk of injury, it has an indicator light that informs users when its base is hot. A fixed infrared lamp illuminates product while it's being sliced. The base utilizes Halo Heat® technology for efficient uniform heating.

With a stainless steel construction, the Alto-Shaam CS-200/S carving station is strong and resistant to rust and corrosion. Its clear breath guard shields foods from airborne contaminants while providing visibility. Because the cutting board is built with a recessed surface, it catches juices to streamline cleaning. This unit is positioned on 1-inch legs, measuring 26 inches wide by 30 13a"16 inches deep by 33 3a"16 inches high.
