Giles GOC 80 lb Shortening Disposal Unit

For safe, efficient oil removal, the Giles GOC oil disposal caddy's manually operated pump suctions oil from a frypot when its crank is turned in one direction and releases accumulated oil when the crank is turned in the other direction. It holds as much as 80 pounds of oil, which is equivalent to approximately two medium-size fryers. Designed to accommodate only warm-filtered oil, its operating temperature ranges between 100 and 350 degrees Fahrenheit. As waste oil is collected, a sight glass located on the unit's side enables operators to manage the oil level. Because it's furnished with two 8-inch rear wheels, the unit can be moved even when it's filled with heavy oil. Overall, this durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel caddy measures 20 inches wide by 17 inches deep by 43¹/₄ inches high.
