Henny Penny FS100.01 60 lb Shortening Disposal Unit

The Henny Penny FS100.01 Fryer Shortening Shuttle® can drain used oil from a fryer and transport it safely, eliminating the need to lift and carry an open container of hot oil. Its flexible drain hose includes a male quick disconnect and can extract as much as 60 pounds of leftover oil from a Henny Penny 320 series model, a PFE-500 fryer, a PFG-600 fryer, or a fryer with a female quick disconnect. Operators can dump spent oil from the 48-inch-tall spout into a standard 55-gallon drum or a container shorter than 37 inches. Because its wheels can pivot, they can tip the spout forward for smooth draining.

For simple transportation, this Henny Penny FS100.01 Fryer Shortening Shuttle measures 12.88 inches wide by 11.50 inches deep by 48 inches high and is mounted on 8-inch wheels that can turn and reverse with ease. Its sealed hardwood handle reduces heat transfer during transport to protect users' hands, while its lightweight aluminum construction is easy to move. After draining remaining oil from the unit, it can be mounted in an upright position against the wall with its built-in stainless steel wall hook mounts.
