The Groen BPP-30GA gas braising pan features a 30-gallon capacity with a 10-inch pan depth, making it suitable for commercial kitchens that require high-volume cooking. Constructed of stainless steel, the pan's solid one-piece welded body provides durability, while the cooking surface is reinforced with a ⁵/₈-inch thick stainless steel clad plate and welded heat transfer fins for even heat distribution. Its power tilt mechanism facilitates controlled pouring, and the standard graduated etch marks in gallons and liters simplify measuring.

Designed with an IPX6-rated water-resistant housing, the Groen BPP-30GA includes electronic advanced controls with a digital display. It features a temperature range of 175 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, a timer that adjusts between one minute and 10 hours, and manual setting capabilities for precise cooking control. A mounting bracket supports right-side, left-side, or right-rear faucet installation, while a round tubular open-leg base and bullet feet provide stability.
