The Town 34714 Cantonese wok is great for stir frying at intense, high heats. It measures 16 inches long by 14 inches wide by 4¹/₄ inches deep, with riveted handles for comfortable movement. It's made of durable, hand-hammered steel and must be cleaned and seasoned before use to provide a nonstick finish and rust resistance.
