Town 16" Steel Stir Fry Pan (34706)

The Town 34706 Mandarin wok has a flatter bottom than most pans of this style and works well for intense, high-heat stir frying. Because the pan is made of steel, it's lightweight and durable. It has a fully welded design and a comfortable, 8-inch handle. Overall, this pan measures 24 inches long by 16 inches wide by 4³/₄ inches deep. Before use, it should be cleaned and seasoned to impart nonstick properties and rust resistance.
