The Vulcan VE30 tilt skillet keeps the area clean with a drop-away, food-catching pan mounted underneath the pouring lip and a removable, perforated strainer. With FastBatch® rapid heating technology, this unit distributes temperatures evenly while the handle and condensate lip remain cool to the touch. Its stainless steel skillet has 12-inch legs and coved interior corners with gallon and liter markings. The pan can be emptied fully with 30 crank revolutions and operates using a manual, anti-jam pan-lifting mechanism. This unit has watertight controls and enclosures, and a lid that stops in place for vented cooking.
