The Vulcan VE30 tilt skillet holds 30 gallons of product and has watertight controls and enclosures. Its anti-stick cooking surface has solid-state temperature controls, which can be set to a level between 50 and 425 degrees Fahrenheit. The pouring lip is formed with the pitcher pour tapered front and includes a drop-away food pan directly underneath, as well as a removable strainer.

This unit features a 3-inch faucet bracket that is shipped loosely for either left- or right-hinged use. State-of-the-art FastBatch® heating technology ensures temperatures rise quickly and cook evenly. This Vulcan VE30 tilt skillet supports vented cooking, as the lid stops in place and has interior, embossed gallon and liter markings for measuring.
