Equipex 400FE 15 3/4" Single Crepe Maker w/ Cast Iron Plate, 240v/1ph

There is a protective enamel finish on the Equipex 400FE single crepe maker's cast iron plate, and a batter spreader is included to help operators make crepes. Users can thermostatically control the unit and set it as hot as 570 degrees Fahrenheit. Before using for the first time, operators should clean the unit's surface with a soft rag moistened with soap and water. A nylon scrubbing pad can be used to remove built-up carbon deposits over time, but wire brushes and steel wool will scratch the surface.
