The Equipex GES23/1 waffle maker creates waffles on a stick with a unique Cypress pattern, and while notches in the plates leave room to insert sticks, a rim around the pattern helps make defined edges. Constructed of cast iron, the plates heat up evenly and, when seasoned, release waffles with ease. Providing enough room for the batter to cook and expand, the top plate is hinged. In case too much batter was poured in, a drip tray wraps around the unit, catching runaway batter from the plates.

For durability, this Equipex GES23/1 waffle baker features a stainless steel base that is resistant to scrapes, scratches, and dents, helping it maintain its appearance. To prevent breakage, the plate hinge is not floating and is designed without any clips. The cast iron plates are strong and resistant to bending despite frequent use.
