Its Santoprene™ and polypropylene handle provides a nonslip grip for comfortable handling, and for protection in storage, this piece includes a plastic snap-on blade cover. Great for zesting citrus or grating spices, its blade measures 5 inches long by 1 inch wide; this piece measures 10 inches long overall.
