Dexter Russell PS286-8 SANI-SAFE® 8"x 3" Perforated Turner W/ Polypropylene White Handle, Stainless Steel

Ideal for draining unwanted oils from meats prior to serving, the Dexter Russell PS286-8 Sani-Safe® perforated turner contains small holes on its stainless steel blade. Measuring 8 inches long by 3 inches wide, the blade is made of durable stainless steel to withstand high-volume use, and it features an offset design to protect the user's hands from close contact with the hot grill. To reduce the risk of slipping during use, its polypropylene handle is textured. It comes in white to support color-coding applications.
